Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is hiring a Support Worker to help people live independently and achieve their goals. You’ll work across settings including people’s homes, community services, and care facilities, following personalised plans to support individual needs and aspirations.

No prior care experience is required; we value a friendly, patient, and enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
