Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Support Worker to help people achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. You will work across settings including people’s own homes, community-based services, and care environments, following personalised plans.

No prior experience required; we provide full training and a friendly, values-led team. You’ll need to be flexible to work day shifts, nights, sleep-ins and weekends, with a commitment to person-centred support.
