Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Support Worker to help people achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. You’ll work in people’s homes, community services, or residential settings, following personalised plans and delivering compassionate, patient support.

No prior care experience required; full training is provided by a values-led team. We welcome flexible applicants for day, night, sleep-in and weekend shifts, with long-term career opportunities in Health & Social Care

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you’ll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.

This could be in:

• People’s own homes
• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals

Every person we support has a personalised plan focused on their needs and aspirations.
