Alternative Futures Group is looking for a dedicated Support Worker in Knowsley to help people live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals. You will work across people’s homes, community services and care settings with personalised plans and supportive teams.

You don’t need prior care experience; full training is provided. Expect flexible shifts, including days, waking nights and weekends, and opportunities for long-term career development in health and social care.

• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
