Job summary

Dimensions Group in Shrewsbury is recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our small team at SY2. You will provide 1:1 support across several nearby services, building strong relationships with four adults with varying needs, within a short walking distance between locations.

Role involves personal care, mobility support, medication administration and promoting independence. Full-time 37.5 hours; pay £12.81 per hour plus £50 sleep-in; shifts include 8:00–16:00, 16:00–22:00, and longer days.

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 personalised support.
• Personal care for one individual.
• Mobility support, including an electric wheelchair user.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring dysphagia support plans.
• Promoting independence and daily living skills.
