You will join a dynamic team, assist with personal care, life skills, and community access, and participate in activities from shopping trips to cinema outings. No two days are the same, with training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Caring, hands-on female support worker with passion to enhance quality of life for the people supported.
• Ideally holds a full UK driving licence, with resilience and flexibility.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, including distress, autism, and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Help residents gain more independence in daily life.
• Work in a dynamic team to support residents.
• Assist with personal care, life skills, and community access.
• Plan and participate in activities like shopping, sailing, swimming, cinema.
