Lifeways Exmouth is seeking Female Support Workers to join a friendly team in Exmouth. This is a sessional role with flexible shifts and pay rate of £13.10 per hour. You will support women with personal care needs to live independently and enjoy community activities, from shopping to beach visits.

Training, tools, and team support are provided to help you thrive, with opportunities for progression and a focus on wellbeing and valued contributions.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily routines and personal care
• Supporting with household tasks and healthy living
• Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
• Taking service users into the community to enjoy activities like shopping, going to cafés, visiting the beach, attending local events, or simply enjoying a walk in the park
• Helping them build confidence and social connections through fun, meaningful outings
