Many won't get to try out hobbies they love.

What we offer you:

• Location: Market Harborough, Leicester LE16
• Salary: £ per hour
• Working hours: Flexible contracts of 30 or 37.5 hours, involving early shifts, late shifts, and every other weekend. Sleep-ins are required.
• Holidays: 33 days of annual leave, including bank holidays
• Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
• Training & Development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

What you'll be doing:

Support individuals with daily tasks, personal care, and activities that promote confidence and independence. Assist with planning, outings, and building skills like money management and using public transport. Your role is vital in helping them discover interests, achieve goals, and maintain relationships.

Providing high-quality care tailored to each individual, respecting their wants and needs, and supporting them to live fulfilling lives.

Having a full driving license is advantageous but not essential.
