Voyage Care is seeking a genuinely caring Female Support Worker for our Langport residential service. You will assist with personal care, encourage community participation and help residents grow independence in a warm, family-like setting.

The role offers enhanced pay for evenings/weekends, overtime premiums, and benefits like Wagestream, Blue Light Card, and 24/7 doctor support. Prior PBS experience is valued, and a full UK driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Experience with reflective practice in care settings.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy or complex needs.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• help individuals access their local community and activities.
• Support independence and confidence through daily routines.
• Collaborate with a care team to deliver consistent, compassionate support.
