Frontline duties include helping people engage in daily activities, fostering social connections, managing finances, and maintaining a clean home while providing personal care. Flexible benefits and pro rata leave are offered.

Responsibilities

• Help the people we support get involved in day-to-day activities, making the most of their local community and beyond.
• Support them with social activities and staying connected with family and friends.
• Help to manage their finances.
• Keep their home clean and tidy, and do the shopping.
• Provide and encourage personal care.
• Have a good time whilst you're at it!
