Job summary

Avenues is seeking Female Support Workers to join our new Teddington Services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, challenging behaviours and physical health needs.

You'll be trained with free, nationally recognised qualifications to advance your career, and enjoy flexible day and night shifts, pro rata pay, and employee benefits. Previous experience with autism is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with autism and challenging behaviours
• Ability to help adults with learning disabilities with daily tasks

Responsibilities

£25,845.00 per year (pro rata)
Experience with Autism and Challenging Behaviour would be beneficial
Fully flexible for day & night shifts across the 7 day week - including sleep ins
