Who we are looking for: A female Support Worker to support a lady with a learning disability and Fragile X Syndrome. Driver preferred and must be able to swim. Part-time and full-time hours available.

What support is required:

• Administering medication
• Accessing the community and activities, including day trips and traveling further afield
• Attending concerts and pantomimes
• Going swimming with full support in the pool
• Supporting and prompting with personal care
• Maintaining daily routines
• Preparing meals
• Arts and crafts
• Baking
• Activities involving letters and numbers
• Singing and music

What kind of personality are we looking for:

• An energetic person with a good sense of humour who can be creative to make each day fun. Must be calm, relaxed, and patient.
• Good communication skills, respectful of people's homes and belongings.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities is essential.
