Supporting people in their daily lives includes helping develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, assisting with planning and managing their homes, and supporting leisure, employment, personal interests, and travel. This role can be fun and rewarding but also challenging and demanding. Support may be provided in people's own homes or out in the community.
