The Business Development Manager role involves wearing many hats: mentoring, coaching, business advising, sales, communication, marketing, customer service, and data analysis to support and grow your team of Travel Consultants.
About you:
Essential skills include proven coaching ability, sales experience in travel, interpersonal skills, communication, leadership, problem-solving, organizational skills, familiarity with technology and social media, customer service, self-motivation, and industry knowledge.
Desirable skills include entrepreneurial experience, lead generation skills, and coaching qualifications.
