Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Female Support Worker for Framingham Earl. You will help people gain more independence in their daily lives within a welcoming supported living service, supporting activities, personal care, and community access.

You will work flexible shifts across mornings and evenings including sleep-ins, and you must hold a valid Full UK driving licence to join our committed team. We value compassion, resilience and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy or distress behaviours.

Female Support Worker - Framingham Earl - £13.05 ph- up to £14.55 ph (Terms and conditions apply)

Typical Shifts are: Monday-Sunday 730am-3pm & 3pm-10pm plus Sleep ins.

To be considered for this role , applicants must hold a valid Full UK driving licence.

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Framingham Earl we support 6 people, it is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in the local community , the next you could be unwinding with them in service , doing activities or even going on day trips.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, this can include support with autism , learning disabilities , epilepsy and people who may display behaviours of distress.
