Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Female Support Worker for Ancaster Mews in Greylees, Sleaford. The role includes personal care and helping residents develop life skills, with shifts from 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm. Pay ranges from £13.00 to £14.50 per hour, with overtime and enhancements available.

Drivers with access to a vehicle are required. You will support people with complex care needs, including wheelchair users, in a hands-on role focused on independence, community access and meaningful

At Ancaster Mews, you’ll support people with complex needs to live as independently as possible, helping them make choices, build confidence and get involved in the things they enjoy.

The Role

Role: Female Support Worker*

Service: Ancaster Mews

Location: Greylees, Sleaford

Hours: 7.30am–2.30pm and 2.30pm–9.30pm

Pay: £13.00ph up to £14.50ph with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements

Due to location, drivers with access to vehicle are required.

Your Role

This is a hands‑on role where every day brings something different.

You’ll support people with complex care needs, including individuals who use wheelchairs, helping them with:

• Personal care and everyday routines
• Developing life skills and greater independence
• Accessing the community and enjoying social activities
• Shopping, swimming, gardening, arts and crafts and more
• Making choices and working towards personal goals
• Managing behaviours in a positive and person‑centred way
• Following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice

You’ll need to be flexible and comfortable working shifts, as our services run around the people we support.
