Job summary

Priority Recruitment is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist a 29-year-old female in her Coppull home on a 1:1 basis. The role involves personal care, mobility support, and helping with daily decisions, with community access as part of a 2:1 strategy. You’ll join a dedicated team and contribute to her wellbeing.

The position is part-time (30 hours per week), with shifts on days and sleep-ins. A UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and vehicle access are required.

Qualifications

• Confident in moving and handling including wheelchair transfers.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Full UK or automatic driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and mobility assistance to the client.
• Support decision-making and daily activities during home and community outings.
• Engage the client in shopping, social activities and recreational routines.

Company and Role:
You will be supporting a 29-year-old female in her own home 1:1 with an acquired brain injury, she requires support at home and 2:1 accessing the community.

The role involves personal care , mobility assistance, support making decisions and our client enjoys shopping, social media and spontaneous activities.

Requirements:
