Job summary

Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join a supportive team in Tadley. You’ll be supporting adults with complex health needs and learning disabilities, helping them to live as independently as possible while promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.

This role includes providing personal care and supporting individuals with a wide range of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and reliable.

• A confident communicator and supportive team player.
• Willing to learn and undertake training.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

Female Support Worker

Female Support Worker - Full Time

Location: Tadley

Hours: Full-time opportunities available. Flexibility is required Monday to Sunday across a rota covering all shifts.

Salary: £25,845 per annum (pro rata)

A full UK manual driving licence is desirable. Applicants should be willing to drive the service vehicle where required.
