Job summary

Field Lane is seeking a Female Senior Care and Support Worker to join our supported living projects in Betchworth, Surrey, providing person-centred care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will deliver personal care, support daily living tasks, and promote inclusion and independence while maintaining records and safeguarding standards. DBS checks and UK work eligibility are required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Care (or willingness to complete).
  • Ideally, 2+ years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
  • A caring, empathetic, and non-judgemental attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to remain calm, cheerful, and professional in challenging situations.
  • Commitment to high standards and person-centred support.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS and background checks; right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Female Senior Care and Support Worker to join our supported living projects, in Betchworth, Surrey which provides accommodation and care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
