Join Our Team as a Female Specialist Support Worker - Drivers Only
Location: | Redhill, Surrey |
Salary: | £12.30 per hour (£23,985 pro-rata) plus benefits. |
Hours: | 37.5 hours per week, between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm, Monday to Sunday, on a shift rota basis. |
Contract: | Full-time, Permanent. |
Driving Requirement: | A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role. |
Right to Work: | Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas. |

We are looking for individuals who can stay calm under pressure, are enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable handling challenging behaviours. A manual UK driving license and the ability to drive alternative vehicles are required.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you'll support individuals with diverse needs, helping them live independently and with dignity. Your responsibilities will include:
About the Person You Will Support
You will support a young lady living independently in Redhill, with complex health needs including autism, learning disabilities, and RCDP. Support involves assistance with daily living, communication using Makaton and picture exchange systems, mobility, and emotional needs. Patience and a positive attitude are essential, especially as some behaviours can be challenging. You will work on a 2:1 basis, as she attends day services, and driving is necessary for outings and appointments.
