We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable female PA to provide support to a 19-year-old young woman.
The role is for 1 hour each evening, Monday to Friday, five days a week. 5 hours in total per week. The exact evening time can be discussed and agreed.
CRO-MCH requires friendly and respectful support with her evening routine. This will include helping her develop her reading skills, supporting her with gentle leg exercises, helping with personal care such as a pedicure, providing assistance when using the toilet, and helping her get ready for bed.
As CRO-MCH is 19, we are particularly keen to hear from applicants who are relatively close to her age and who may therefore find it easier to relate to her, share age-appropriate interests and develop a natural, friendly rapport with her. Having someone she can relate to as a young person would be particularly beneficial to CRO-MCH. This is a preference rather than an age requirement, and applications are welcomed from suitable candidates of all ages.
Previous care experience would be helpful but is not essential for the right person.
As the role includes personal and intimate care, the successful applicant must be comfortable providing this support sensitively and respectfully, while maintaining CRO-MCH’s privacy, dignity and independence.
Right to Work in the UK:
All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their right to work as part of the recruitment process.
