Job summary

Invictus Complex Care Ltd is seeking a friendly Night Care Assistant for a client in Christchurch. Part-time role, 2 waking nights per week from 7pm to 7am on a rolling 3-week rota. Driving is essential due to remote location.

Pay ranges from £17 to £22 per hour and includes full training and support from a clinical team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, a great team player, with excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work with Diabetes and Autism/Learning Disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a care assistant is ideal.
• Diabetes/Autism/Learning Disabilities experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support with daily living tasks and diabetes management.
• Work as part of a team with 24/7 clinical support.
• Maintain client safety and well-being in a home setting.

FEMALE* Night Care Assistant required for client in Christchurch

Part Time Required for 2 Waking nights per week- 7pm to 7am on a rolling 3 week rota

£17 - £22 per hour

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing care assistant who will be able to provide the important support that our client requires. Our client lives with Autism & Diabetes and also has a learning disability. She can also suffer from anxiety and requires support from her care team to help her with her daily life, this includes diabetes management. She is currently undertaking a 3-year residential education programme - at a specialist Riding Therapy setting in Christchurch.

Full client specific training will be provided by our brilliant nursing team. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a lovely team and to enhance your skills in complex care, with fantastic 24/7 clinical support.

Driving is essential for this role due to remote location.

Your experience

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a care assistant and be a great team player who will work well alongside our fab team. Any previous experience working with Diabetes and/or Autism/Learning Disabilities would be beneficial.
