A leading healthcare provider seeks a passionate Brain Injury Support Worker in Doncaster. This role involves offering companionship, support for daily activities, and ensuring the client's well-being as they navigate their recovery journey. Applicants must have a UK driver's license and a caring nature to assist a young female client with a brain injury.
Location:Doncaster
Hours:2/3 weekday shifts to start. Monday & Wednesday confirmed, as 4-6 hour shifts.
Pay: £15.50 - £17.00 per hour depending on shift.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our client, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Due to role responsibilities, you must have a full UK driving licenceand access to your own vehicle.
About the Client:
Our client is a female in her 20’s with a brain injury, following a road traffic accident.
Whilst independently mobile, she requires a wheelchair for longer distances. She has some left side weakness and suffers with fatigue.
This role will be to provide companionship, support as a PA and assist in the community, including going to nail and hair appointments and out for lunch and coffee.
She loves fashion and photography, and has a pet miniature daschund, so applicants must be comfortable with dogs.
