We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide dedicated support for a female client living in Carterton, Oxfordshire. The client has an acquired brain injury (ABI), a learning disability, and epilepsy, requiring person‑centred support to promote her safety, independence, and quality of life. Shifts are 24 hours (9:00am to 9:00am) and include a sleep‑in period from 11:00pm to 7:00am. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the client's daily routines, managing her individual needs, and responding appropriately to seizures, while ensuring she feels valued, respected, and empowered in her own home.
