Avon Search is seeking Female Home Care Assistants to support customers in their own homes with high-quality, person-centred care. No prior care experience required – full training and ongoing support provided.

Offers include £15.15 per hour, a £350 welcome bonus on probation, paid mileage, flexible shifts, induction, progression opportunities, pension, uniform and PPE with a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• Caring and reliable individual with a passion for helping others.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to customers in their own homes.
• Support medication administration as required.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily activities.
• Offer companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with shopping, appointments and light housework.
