Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a paediatric female client in Fleet, home and school settings. You will provide personal care, support daily living activities, and help promote independence and safety under supervision.

Roles include administering medications, handling clinical interventions (full training provided), and coordinating with families and professionals to ensure person-centered care.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based experience).
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs including brain injuries, spinal injuries, physical disabilities, genetic and neurological conditions.
• Caring, empathetic and patient by nature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to service users.

Shifts: Thursday & Friday (School Support) - 8:30am - 3:30pm

Tuesday & Sunday Nights - 9:30am - 7pm

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting with their daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with our client, their families, and other professionals to deliver person-centered care and support.

In this role you will be supporting our paediatric female client in both her home and school, who is living with several complex care needs. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and managing our clients clinical interventions (full training will be provided).
