Job summary

Creative Support in Stalybridge, Tameside is seeking warm-hearted Extra Care Support Workers to help older adults live vibrant, independent lives. The role includes personal care, practical and emotional support to enhance quality of life.

We offer full-time 37.5 hours and part-time options with a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. A warm, caring personality is essential, and experience is welcomed from graduates to career changers in social care.

We are seeking warm-hearted, adaptable, and driven Extra Care Support Workers to join our brand new Stalybridge, Tameside Extra Care Service. Our mission is to enable older adults to enjoy a vibrant and independent lifestyle.

As a Member Of Our Team, You Will

• Offer respectful personal care, as well as practical and emotional support to older adults
• Enhance clients’ quality of life by promoting their independence and encouraging an active, fulfilling lifestyle
• Work in partnership with clients, their families, and other professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated service

Flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our service, and you should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.

Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Part time: to be agreed subject to a minimum of 15 hours per week. To be worked flexibly on a rota which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays according to the needs of the service.
