Job summary

Creative Support Ltd in Royston, Barnsley, is seeking warm, caring people to join Westmeads, our extra care service. You will provide dignified personal care, emotional support and help with daily living to older residents, including meals, hydration and safe medication support.

Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings and waking nights. Full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week, with part-time options from 15 hours on a flexible rota.

About the Service

We are looking for warm, caring people to join Westmeads, our extra care service in Royston, Barnsley. You'll provide personalised care and support that helps older residents stay independent, active and connected to their community.

Role Overview

You'll encourage residents to take part in activities, maintain relationships and enjoy a fulfilling, independent lifestyle. You'll respond to changing needs, support wellbeing and work positively with families, health professionals and housing partners to ensure each person receives coordinated, person-centred care.

Contract & Hours

Full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week; part-time roles start from 15 hours. All hours are worked flexibly on a rota including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
