Voyage Care is hiring a Female Support Worker for a rural site in Gloucestershire. You will provide person-centred support, help individuals gain independence, and assist with daily living tasks while working within a dynamic team.

A full UK driving license and ability to drive manual vehicles are essential. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and sleep-ins across a 40-hour week; the role involves encouraging community engagement and everyday activities in a supportive environment.

Female Support Worker - Pay Rate Starts at: £12.84ph - £14.84 ph (Ts & Cs apply) Sleep-In's £73.89

Location: Birdwood, Forest of Dean, GL2 8BJ

**Please note this is a rural location and own transport is required, you will also need to be able to drive our manual company vehicles**

Working 40 hours per week, shifts are a mixture of: 07:00-17:00 - 12:00-22:00 and Sleep-in's Monday to Sunday

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions and autism.
