Right at Home Stockport & Didsbury is seeking a compassionate Community Palliative Care Assistant to deliver high quality end of life care in clients' homes.

You will work in pairs on late shifts (3pm–11pm) and weekends, with a minimum of three shifts per week to ensure continuity of care. Full training and mentoring are provided by our management team and Advanced Care Assistants. Salary is £14 per hour, with 20–30 hours per week and flexible hours.

Our Palliative team work in pairs on either early or lates shifts – a minimum requirement of three shifts a week is required for consistency of care during this difficult time.

Full support and training (including hands‑on mentoring) is provided from our Management Team and Advanced Care Assistants.

Shifts Available; Late - 3pm to 11pm & Weekends
