Job summary

Home Carers Liverpool is seeking a Palliative Care Assistant to join their community care team in Liverpool. Roles are available as part-time and full-time with paid training and no prior experience required.

You will support service users in their homes, receive comprehensive induction, and work within a caring, supportive team dedicated to improving quality of life for clients in the community.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Good level of English communication.
• Kind, caring and compassionate people.
• Ability to commit to contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence, own car, and business insurance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support.
• Assisting clients with personal care.
• Supporting service users’ families with compassion.
• Helping clients plan and participate in their care.
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately.

What We Are Looking For
