Lifeways Group in Westlands, Staffordshire is seeking compassionate individuals to join our friendly team as Support Workers. You’ll help people live happy, independent lives and participate in activities from visits to local cafes to community outings.

About the Service Our welcoming home is located in the peaceful area of Westlands, with excellent access to local shops, cafés, restaurants, leisure facilities, and community amenities. The people we support live with learning disabilities, dementia, cerebral palsy, and Down's syndrome. They lead active and varied lives and enjoy a wide range of interests, including:

• Gardening and walking
• Cooking and baking
• Shopping trips
• Social events and meeting friends
• Line dancing
• Board games and karaoke
• Lunch outings and community activities
• Holidays and days out, including visits to the coast and Blackpool Illuminations

As a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping people continue enjoying the activities they love while encouraging confidence, independence, and new experiences.

No Experience? No Problem. Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential. If you're caring, patient, dependable, and have a positive attitude, we'll provide all the training and support you need to build a successful career in care.

Shift Patterns We provide 24-hour support and operate the following shifts:

• Day shifts: 8:00am to 8:30pm
• Night shifts: 8:00pm to 8:30am
