Job summary

Lifeways Group in the United Kingdom is hiring a Care Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Kent to support young adults with complex needs, including mental health conditions, autism and learning disabilities. You will help with daily living skills, hobbies, and community engagement, promoting independence, dignity and choice.

We provide full training and ongoing support, with shifts from 7:30am to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• Natural empathy and patience when supporting individuals.
• Experience with mental health, autism or learning disabilities is a plus.
• Willingness to be flexible with shifts.

We are currently looking for a Care Support Worker to join our dedicated team in kent, supporting young adults with complex needs. This includes individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities. Experience in these areas is an advantage.
