Job summary

Lifeways Group in Chester is seeking a part-time support worker to assist one female resident with learning and physical disabilities. You will help with daily living, personal care, meals, and mobility, while promoting choice, dignity, and respect in a supportive team.

The role offers training and development, a values-driven culture, and flexible hours. The post emphasises compassion, inclusion, and a person-centred approach as you help the resident live more independently.

Qualifications

• Part Time - 16hrs per week (days will vary each week between Monday - Sunday)
• A full UK Driving Licence is desirable.

• Assist with personal care, shopping, meals, social activities and community involvement.

Job description

At our supported living service in Chester you will provide support to one female with both learning disabilities and physical disabilities.Expect plenty of variety from personal care routines, shopping trips, visiting local restaurants, socialising, community activities plus lots more. Your role is to promote choice, dignity, and respect every day while working as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
