Harland Care Services Ltd is seeking experienced female Care Assistants to support a female client living in DE6 Derbyshire. The role requires availability on weekends, a flexible approach to shifts, and a valid driver's licence. Bespoke training is provided, with nurse support available.

Care will take place in the client’s home, including complex care, stoma, and wheelchair assistance. This is not agency work; shifts are rostered and applicants from overseas are not being considered at this

Qualificações

• Experience in in-home care including personal care, complex care, stoma and wheelchair assistance.
• Shadow shifts to build understanding with client and carers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home care to female client in DE6 Derbyshire.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Support with complex care tasks as trained.
• Coordinate with care team and schedule shifts.

Harland Care Services Ltd are seeking experienced Female Care Assistants to support a female client who lives in DE6 Derbyshire.

This role is open to female applicants only due to a genuine occupational requirement in line with the Equality Act 2010.

The Role

Working in a client’s home, the successful candidates will be positive, pro‑active, caring and have a good sense of humour, the support team will receive training in several clinical tasks, including:

• Complex Care
• Stoma
• Personal Care
• Wheelchair user

Experience in working with clients with the above requirements.

Following training, there will be a period of shadow shifts working with the client and those who have cared for her previously. Therefore, these shadow shifts are vital to establish an understanding of each other.
