Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a compassionate Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to join our Derby area team, covering Burton Upon Trent as needed. You will support an 18-year-old client with complex care needs, delivering person-centred care and practical daily support.

Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker

Location: Burton Upon Trent

Shifts: 12 hour days and nights

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting with their daily activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with our client, their families, and other professionals to deliver person-centred care and support.

In this role you will be supporting our 18 year old male client, who is living with several complex care needs including a spinal injury and genetic condition. On shift you will be providing personal care, administering medications and working with clinical interventions (all training will be provided). Alongside you will be enhancing our clients quality of life through social interaction in the community.
