Job summary

SER Limited in Feltham is seeking a Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full-time, permanent position. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance on one site, with occasional support for other sites.

Candidates should have a strong background in commercial electrical and mechanical maintenance, familiarity with plant rooms, AHUs, emergency lighting, and water systems. A full UK driving licence is required; you will work on the main site Tue–Fri and assist other sites on

Qualifications

• Strong background as a commercial building services engineer.
• Minimum Level 2 building services qualification.
• Must hold a driving licence and be able to commute to Feltham.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant rooms, AHUs, emergency lighting, and water systems.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on one site, with occasional support for other sites.

Job description

Position: Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer

Location: Feltham and surrounding areas

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Up to GBP45,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position.

This engineer will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance mainly on one site, however supporting other sites and engineers one day a week

We are looking for a multi skilled engineer that has a strong working background of commercial electrical and mechanical maintenance, dealing with plant rooms, ahu's, emergency lighting, water etc.

This engineer does need a full UK driving licence. They will be based on one site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but on Monday they will be supporting other sites

Requirements

• Strong background as a commercial building services engineer
• Minimum of a level 2 building services qualification
• Must hold a driving licence
• Commutable to Feltham
• Able to complete a dbscheck
• Must be a very client focused person
