Job summary

Zenith International is seeking a Feed Specialist Director in London to shape and lead the product-feed strategy across performance media, organic discovery, social commerce and emerging AI channels. You will collaborate with Zenith and Kering Maisons to transform complex product data into scalable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing and optimising complex product feeds across markets.
• Deep knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product-data requirements.
• Practical experience with feed-management platforms, especially Productsup.
• Ability to work with feed formats and delivery methods such as XML, CSV, JSON and APIs.
• Experience creating governance, monitoring and testing frameworks, with the ability to connect technical improvements to business outcomes.
• A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic feed roadmap across markets and Maisons, prioritising improvements and integrations.
• Lead feed delivery through Productsup with accurate, complete data across sources and destinations.
• Establish governance, monitoring and service standards, respecting local-market needs and brand requirements.
• Design a test-and-learn programme to improve feed quality, visibility and engagement.
• Develop a channel-neutral framework supporting paid media, organic shopping, social commerce and AI channels.
• Translate technical findings into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the Feed Specialist Manager and broader team.
