Job summary

Zenith International is hiring a Feed Specialist Director in London to shape and lead product-feed strategy across performance media, organic discovery, social commerce and AI channels. You will translate complex product data into scalable, high-impact solutions working with Zenith and Kering Maisons in White City, London.

You’ll oversee governance, testing and a channel-neutral framework, coaching a Feed Specialist Manager and driving commercial outcomes for leading brands.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex product feeds across multiple markets (agency or in-house).
• Detailed understanding of Google Merchant Center and product-data requirements across paid search and shopping.
• Practical experience with feed-management platforms; knowledge of Productsup is valuable.
• Ability to diagnose data-quality and transformation issues using feed rules and taxonomy mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic feed roadmap across markets and Maisons, prioritising improvements and integrations.
• Lead feed delivery through Productsup, ensuring data is accurate and consistently processed.
• Establish governance, monitoring and service standards while accommodating local-market needs.
• Design a structured test-and-learn programme to improve feed quality and commercial outcomes.
• Develop a channel-neutral framework supporting paid media, organic shopping, social commerce and AI discovery.
• Advise senior clients and agency stakeholders on technical implications and commercial recommendations.
• Manage the Feed Specialist Manager and coach wider team capabilities.
