Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom is seeking a Fee Earner to join its Residential & Commercial Conveyancing team in Crawley. You will manage own caseload from instruction to completion and post-completion, handling residential and commercial matters with a view to developing the firm's commercial property presence.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with hours 8.45am–5.00pm, 28 days holiday, and a competitive salary £45,000–£65,000 DOE.

Fee Earner - Residential & Commercial Conveyancing

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our clients Residential & Commercial Property Department.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, while helping to develop and grow the firm's commercial property presence.
