Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join our Crawley-based Residential & Commercial Conveyancing team. This permanent role offers £45-65,000 (DOE) with standard hours, Mon-Fri, at our Crawley office.

You will manage your own conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion and post-completion, supporting the firm's growth in commercial property alongside residential matters.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing, with commercial property experience or interest.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
• Proactive, professional and commercially minded approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Fee Earner – Residential & Commercial Conveyancing

Salary £45-65,000 (DOE)

Permanent

Crawley office – Monday-Friday

Standard Hours: 8.45am – 5.00pm

28 days holiday +closed during Christmas / New Year break

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our clients Residential & Commercial Property Department.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, while helping to develop and grow the firm’s commercial property presence.
