Job summary

The Engineering services Group is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to join the Business Management team in Mansfield. You will report to the FD and lead a high-performing finance team delivering front-to-back accounting, reporting, budgeting and controls.

Hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week at Mansfield HQ. Salary between £70k–£75k with benefits, for an experienced FC/HOF in an SME with multi-entity exposure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, qualified finance professional.
• Experience as FC or HOF in an SME.
• Exposure to multiple entities is preferred.
• Team management experience is essential.
• ERP development or implementation experience.
