Interim Management Accountant/Business Partner (6-month contract)
Location: On-site (5 days a week)
Inside IR35 Day rate

Our Leicestershire-based client is seeking an Interim Management Accountant/Business Partner to support management regarding finances and uphold strong reporting standards. The role involves supporting performance management, period close processes, inventory, accruals, and internal controls. It also focuses on driving improved performance and cost control through collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Management: Produce accurate monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and KPI insights. Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
  2. Performance Improvement: Provide effective cost management and performance advice. Achieve annual objectives and service standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Preferred: Recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA), strong Excel skills, solid balance sheet understanding.
  2. Soft Skills: Negotiation, influencing, initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical, creative, teamwork.
