Job summary

FatFace in the UK is looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member to greet customers and provide exceptional service across in-store and multi-channel sales. You will help customers find products, process sales and refunds, and ensure a memorable shopping experience.

Role involves stock replenishment, deliveries, housekeeping, floor moves, and upholding FatFace policies including GDPR. A positive can-do attitude and teamwork are valued as you support KPI goals and maintain a welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is desirable but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment
• Confidence in taking the initiative and working under own direction at times
• Team player with great time management
