Apprentify is hiring Sales Representatives in a fast-growth environment to join a high-energy team in Stafford. You’ll generate new business opportunities and drive revenue through outbound activity, speaking with prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

The role offers £28k–£34k base salary with uncapped commission and an OTE of £45k–£55k in year one. You’ll receive structured training, a clear path to Senior SDR/AE roles, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 6–18 months in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role (or strong entry‑level candidates with the right attitude)
• Confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone
• Motivated by targets, progression, and earning potential
• Coachable, resilient, and driven to improve
• A genuine interest in building a career in sales

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging new customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Building pipeline through high-quality outbound activity
• Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales or progressing deals yourself
• Managing your own pipeline and consistently hitting targets
• Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to refine messaging and approach
