Peaple Talent, in partnership with a leading commercial space transformation specialist, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver fast-track mechanical projects in live retail environments. You will manage trades, on-site phases, and project profitability from survey through handover.

Ideal candidates hold 5+ years in mechanical/building services delivery, with CVR and margin oversight experience, SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid and asbestos awareness certifications, and a Building

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience delivering mechanical, HVAC and building services projects.
• Experience managing fast-track asset replacement schemes in live environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience running CVRs and margins.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and deliver mechanical projects across commercial retail sites.
• Lead on-site scheme phases, conduct surveys and participate in design meetings.
• Own project profitability and ensure on-time, on-budget CVRs.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and RAMS across sites.
• Drive right-first-time quality and defect-free handovers.
