Job summary

FQPS Academy Ltd. is seeking a File Handler to manage a caseload of EL/PL cases for multiple insurance clients in Bolton. The role demands forensic analysis, strong organisation and experience with fast-track claims, with potential to handle MultiTrack up to £100K.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break, handle disclosure, research, witness statements, and attend conferences with Counsel. Excellent IT and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling own EL/PL caseload.
• Previous litigation experience is essential.
• Must meet targets and work to deadlines.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and ability to manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage EL/PL caseload for insurance clients.
• Review evidence and prepare strategy for claims.
• Instruct Counsel/investigators/experts as needed.
• Draft questions to medical experts and manage disclosures.
