ResMed in Didcot is seeking a Warehouse Operative to ensure accurate receipt, picking, packing and dispatch of essential medical products. You will work with scanners and maintain stock integrity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries, check goods against delivery notes.
• Pick and pack customer orders using scanners or manual systems.
• Label and prepare goods for dispatch according to procedures.
• Replenish and rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO concepts.
• Support cycle counts and stock checks; report discrepancies.
• Respond to delivery/stock queries via email and Teams.
• Operate manual handling equipment and warehouse systems safely.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow PPE rules.
• Report hazards or incidents promptly and support busy periods.
