ResMed Harwell is seeking a Warehouse Operative to help move stock and customer orders efficiently. You will receive deliveries, pick and pack items, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment, using scanners and MHE as trained, while maintaining stock integrity and following FIFO/FEFO principles to support operational goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork.
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks.
• Basic numeracy and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Receive deliveries and check goods against delivery notes.
• Pick and pack orders using scanners or manual systems.
• Label and prepare goods for dispatch following procedures.
• Replenish and rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO.
• Support stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Operate scanners and warehouse equipment safely.
