Job summary

ResMed is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Harwell to ensure goods flow accurately from receipt to dispatch. You will handle deliveries, pick/pack orders, label items, and prepare shipments while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will work with scanners and WMS, rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO, and support cycle counts in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset and reliable, detail-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and perform basic numeracy tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify against notes to ensure accurate stock entry.
• Pick and pack customer orders using manual or scanner-based systems.
• Label and prepare goods for dispatch following procedures.
• Replenish stock and rotate using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Support stock checks and report discrepancies or damage promptly.
• Use scanners and warehouse systems safely; maintain clean, organized work areas.
